- Use a Humidifier - This helps to add much needed moisture to the air.
- Drink Water - Keeping your body hydrated is not just good for your insides, it's also good for your skin.
- Skip the Hot Shower - instead go for lukewarm. Long hot showers can dry out your skin.
- Moisturize - ASAP - lather on the lotion right after your shower or bath to lock in that moisture.
- Don't Forget the Sunscreen - Winter sun - yes it's still there, can be just as damaging to your skin. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.

Although the winter is wearing off, still the cold wind is such a sore to my skin and lips. My dermatologist give me the same tips above. For the meantime i am using Cetaphil.
